- Booking confirmation will be communicated via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- Providing accurate contact and travel details is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, tolls, parking, and taxes.
- Payments can be made via online payment gateways, UPI, bank transfer, or cash (if applicable).
- Online payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be informed in advance via phone or email. Cancellation charges, if any, will depend on the nature of the service and the time of cancellation.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in accordance with the conditions outlined below. This section is applicable for all prepaid bookings made through our website or authorized payment gateways.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time may attract cancellation charges or be non-refundable.
- Company-Initiated Cancellation:
- If Avancer cancels a booking due to operational reasons, a full refund will be issued.
- No-Show:
- No refunds will be provided if the customer fails to avail the service without prior notice.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted where applicable.

7. User Responsibilities
- Customers must behave respectfully with drivers and staff.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence will be chargeable.
